Overall, we had a great experience with the car! There were just a couple of minor issues that I wanted to mention as constructive feedback.
Firstly, the kilometre range indicator disappeared from the screen, which made it difficult to keep track of the remaining range. Secondly, Apple CarPlay stopped working even when the phone was plugged in. As a result, we had to rely on our phones for navigation and were unable to enjoy music through the car’s system. As tourists unfamiliar with the area, having CarPlay available would have made getting around much easier and more convenient.
Apart from these minor inconveniences, the pickup and drop-off process was seamless. The hosts were wonderful, responded very promptly to our messages, and were extremely helpful in resolving a few initial issues we encountered with the car.
Thank you for being such responsive and accommodating hosts! We genuinely appreciated your support and had a good overall experience.
