The car was a smooth ride, easy pick up and drop off. Will rent again for sure

Very bad service, car was not for a long drive. There were lot of issues with alignment of the car. The host was really rude when we called him second time to report the issue and he didn’t had any good car in the inventory. Think twice before booking any car from this host

Hi Jashandeep. We categorically disagree with your review. When you say alignment of the car you’re referring to the check-in. We can’t swap you into a bigger car for free even if we had one available. You were very rude and short with us, so by the second call we had enough.
Sorry for your experience, but what you were asking isn’t something anyone can do. Turo doesn’t even allow us to give you a different car at check-in
