The host and co-hosts were quick to answer any questions and being very helpful. The car is as described. Although the existing mileage is high, this car has being reliable and held up very well during our trip.

The hosts are very responsive and helpful. They picked us up at the airport to take us to the car and drove us back to the airport after dropping the car off. It got us across the province from Calgary to Banff then to Red Deer. The one thing we were disappointed was the no AC. There was also an air quality warning which made it difficult to open the windows. So the car got very stuffy very quickly.

sorry, looks the ac condenser got hit by rocks during your trip, which caused refrigerant leak therefore ac system not working, but don't worry such mechanissuics issue on me.
The car is in good condition as described. Communication was great and very detailed instructions to pick up and drop off. Highly recommended.
