This was my first experience using Turo and it was excellent. The car was in excellent condition and fit our family perfectly. The car was ready at the pickup location when we arrived and everything went smoothly for our entire trip. Jacob communicated everything through the messaging in the app (be sure to have notifications on for messaging, I didn’t notice everything he was communicating until the end of our trip). I will definitely be using Turo again.

The car was clean, well-maintained, and drove smoothly throughout the trip with no issues. The host was friendly, and responsive. The only downside was that the pickup location was a bit difficult to find, and it took us some time to locate it. Other than that, everything went well
