CarPlay was false advertised as working, tried three different cords, two different phones, all of which worked on our previous personal vehicles. Return instructions did not specify that we also had to go through the return process in the app, which caused us to be late for our official return, despite already sending the check out photos to the host in the chat.

However, we’d like to clarify that CarPlay was confirmed working prior and after the trip, and we did our best to assist you during your trip. The checkout instructions were also clearly provided in Step 2: “Complete the checkout on the app and pin the location of the vehicle!” We feel these statements are inaccurate and negatively impact us when there was no issue with the vehicle.

Had to reschedule the first day of the trip due to very last minute notice that the pass wasn’t available. Car has every function we needed.
