Not easy to contact initially. Extra charge for parking when returning early.

Yes there was no prior communication of when the vehicle would be dropped off and you dropped it off way earlier than your ending time and then the parking charges would be on us, but if there was communication we would have been there on time to ensure there was no fees. No communication of where its parked either, had to call over 10 times to get a location.

I would not rent from this host again. The vehicle was returned properly, but after the trip the host submitted a windshield damage claim based on unclear photos where the windshield was visibly not clean. I did not observe any crack during the rental or at drop-off, and I strongly dispute the suggestion that I tried to hide anything with glue. This post-trip experience felt unfair and very stressful. Future renters should be extremely careful: take detailed close-up photos and videos of the windshield and all exterior areas at pickup and return, because unclear evidence may still be used against you afterward.

We cleaned the vehicle before submitting the claim. The windshield was clean at that time, and there was no visible rock chip in the before photos. After the trip, a rock chip was visible and appeared to have been covered with glue. Since the damage was not present before the trip and appeared afterward, it indicates that the rock chip occurred during the trip.
