Car clean and exactly as mentioned. Easy pick and drop off. Ran late due to an accident and lane closure on the highway, but host was super understanding and accommodating.

We take pride in providing excellent service and a well-maintained vehicle. Unfortunately, this 1-star review is a retaliatory response to a valid additional mileage invoice. The guest significantly exceeded the allowed distance limit for the trip, which Turo automatically calculated based on clear check-in and check-out odometer photos. We simply followed Turo’s policies to collect the overage fee. We wish the guest all the best, but we must protect our business and enforce platform rules.
