Great experience overall! Communication was smooth and easy throughout, and both the pickup and return process were very convenient. The vehicle was in great condition and exactly as expected. Wishing you all the best, and I’d be happy to rent from you again in the future!

As a third-time Turo user whose first two experiences were so flawless that I actively recommended the platform to my friends, this trip was a massive disappointment.
I am giving 2 stars only because the vehicle ultimately got us through our trip, but the host’s complete lack of basic vehicle preparation and questionable post-trip behavior completely ruined the experience.
Immediately upon picking up the vehicle, it was clear that routine maintenance was completely neglected. I was forced to deal with several issues out of my own pocket and time:
The gas tank was barely over half full at pickup.
The key fob battery was completely dead, requiring me to purchase a replacement just to operate the car.
The tire pressure was remarkably low, forcing me to find a gas station to inflate them for safety.
The windshield washer fluid was completely empty.
Most alarmingly, the dashboard displayed a critical "Engine Oil - Reduce Oil Level" warning while driving, indicating improper mechanical servicing right before my rental.
To make matters worse, after I safely returned the car to the airport parking garage in pristine condition, the host filed a completely baseless physical damage claim against me. Thankfully, I took comprehensive, time-stamped photos at the exact moment of drop-off, which clearly prove the car was completely undamaged. I have submitted my evidence to Turo and am currently fighting this unjustified claim through their dispute process.
If you choose to rent from this host, I highly recommend documenting every single detail of the car’s condition and dashboard warnings at both pickup and drop-off to protect yourself.
