Car was clean and drove really well! When we picked it up the EV battery was low and we were headed to a rural area so unfortunately we weren’t able to utilize that feature and save on gas but other than that the car was great.

Just to clear up the battery part for future guests: the Grand Highlander is a self-charging hybrid, not a plug-in. It charges its own battery automatically while you drive using the gas engine and braking, so there’s nothing to plug in and no way for it to be “low” in a way that matters. The hybrid system was working and saving you gas the entire trip, even out in rural areas. Hope to host you again!
