We rented the car for one week and it was a very comfortable and modern ride. Shamsher gave us a smooth pickup and drop off experience by proactively tracking our flight (which was delayed) to make sure the car arrived on time right at our arrival door, communicated well, and made the entire process effortless. The car had very convenient cameras, a 360 degree view, and a nice heads up display. I would definitely recommend renting this car and working with Shamsher. He was extremely professional, kind, and a great host.

Pick up and drop off was good! Issue was with the car, as it was in an accident prior to me getting the vehicle.

Thanks for the feedback. Just wanted to clarify that the dent was not an accident, it was a dent due to sliding of door with garage gate. I believe it doesn’t cause any safety issues as the door closes properly and is not heavily damaged. Thanks for expressing the concern though
