Pickup was easy. The car rides a little rough- tired might need replaces as treads are uneven. Everything was great aside from that!

The vehicle may have slightly more road noise due to its convertible roof design. Additionally, it is equipped with off-road tires, which are designed for rugged terrain. As a result, you may notice a slightly firmer or rougher ride and more tire noise when driving on the highway. This is normal for this type of vehicle and is part of its off-road setup.
The car became one of the highlights of our trip to the Rockies. It was a pleasure to drive through the mountains. Vishal was accommodating and responsive. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend it.

The car had two cracks on the windshield.
I filled up the tank less than one mile from the pickup location. Now the owner is trying to charge me $52 for gas.
I find this to be grubby on the owner’s part and I refuse to pay!!!
If he acts like this, I will not use his car again!!!!’

We already sent you the refueling receipt. If the car was full, how could we have refueled it? We’ve completed 45+ trips and no other guest has complained about this.
Regarding the windshield, we informed you that the previous guest damaged it. Replacing it within 12 hours is not always possible and takes time.
For the parking ticket, we sent it to you for approval, but you didn’t approve it. The ticket is your responsibility, not ours.
