After a poor experience with Turo 5 years ago, we decided to give it another try. We had a great rental experience this time around. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop off were easy and direct. communication with Manjunath was excellent throughout the time period.
The car drove made our trip easy. I’d definitely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone

No way of charging my phone in the car. This was very inconvenient

Hi Mohamed,
Thanks for the honest feedback and sorry for the inconvenience caused during the trip. As you were seeing the Alert on the tesla screen, 12v battery replacement was required and I changed it under warranty. This small battery is responsible for charging minor accessories. No issue reported from next customer as well.
I have given you addional discount for you for next trip with me. welcome back anytime.
Note: This 12v battery has nothing to do with the Main battery.That's good
