As a first-time Turo user, I had a very positive experience with this car and host.

To contrast with the previous review:

Steering Wheel Vibration: I drove at speeds up to 120 km/hr and experienced no steering wheel vibration. The car felt smooth and well-maintained.

Engine Coolant Light: The only light I noticed was the blue coolant light, which indicates the engine is still warming up. I understand that this is a normal function, not a sign of low coolant.

Interior Condition: The car was very clean, with no visible stains on the seats, steering wheel, or shifter knob. I saw no evidence of decomposing rubber material.

Trunk and Headrests: The trunk and areas under the headrests were clean and free of dirt, consistent with a well-maintained vehicle.

Host Experience: The host was exceptional - responsive, flexible, and easy to communicate with, making the rental process smooth and enjoyable.

Overall, the car was clean, reliable, and comfortable, and the host’s professionalism made this a great experience. I highly recommend this rental.

The only drawback is that the trunk space is somewhat limited when the car is fully occupied with six passengers. However, this trade-off comes with the benefit of a compact vehicle size, which makes it easy to maneuver and drive.

The car will take you from point A to B, but there are issues with it. The steering wheel vibrates at 110-120km/hr, the engine coolant light came on a couple of times as the coolant was visibly low on the expansion container. The interior was the worst part: discustingly stained. May beige shorts became grey with 2 small stains on them. I wiped the steering wheel and shifter knob with desinfecting wipes and they got black from the rubber material decomposing. I couldn't drive like that and I had to buy a wheel cover from Dollarama and to cover the shifter knob. The car interior was vacuumed, but the trunk and under the 3rd row headrests it was full of dirt. The windshild on the passanger side had tape leftover on it from a letter size signed that was there at one point. I had to scrape and clean that myself. All in all, I wouldn't touch this car again and wouldn't recommend it.
This is my first experience with renting on Turo and it is very disappointing.
