I had a very bad experience with this rental car. The car suddenly stopped in the middle of the street and turned off by itself — it wouldn’t start again no matter what I tried. I was stuck inside the car for almost 3 hours waiting for help, freezing because the car was completely dead. On top of that, I missed my important appointment because of this breakdown.
This was extremely stressful and disappointing. I expected a safe and reliable car, but instead, I got a vehicle that left me stranded. I would not recommend renting from this company unless they improve their maintenance and customer service.
Once again sorry for the inconvenience caused. I wanted to highlight that I picked all your calls without missing any and sent a host to the spot with in an hour ( even though you were 30+ km away from my place) . Since you mentioned you have any appointment, I offered you to leave from the spot , so that my host can take care for towing , and I offered you to take Uber and I will cover charges and also offered alternate car. But You chose turo road side assistance and you had to wait 2hrs

Car was well maintained, comfortable, and reliable for our trip. Communication with host was also good throughout. Would use again and recommend!

The car worked as it should. Host and co-host were easy to talk to. Reasonably priced and good on gas! Will rent again when in the area!

Host was friendly and very communicative. This was our first Turo booking where the keys were handed over in person. Trying to coordinate a meeting while waiting at the baggage carousel and finding our way through Pearson was more stressful than any of our other experiences with Turo. Car was clean, but showing its age. The ties on the heat shield fell off, but host was understanding when I left it in the trunk to be reaffixed later.
