“Really happy with this rental. I booked the BMW 5 Series 2022 for a few days and it exceeded what I expected for the price. The car itself was spotless inside and out, smelled brand new, and drove smoothly the whole time no weird noises, no warning lights, nothing to worry about. You could tell it had been well maintained. Nice little touch too the interior had moon/star lights on the roof, which made the ride feel even more premium at night.
Pickup was super easy. The car was in a parking garage, so it was simple to find with no confusion or wasted time looking around. The handoff itself was smooth and quick, and checking in/out of the trip was just as easy no hassle at all on either end.
The host was also great to deal with responsive, easygoing, and low stress to communicate with throughout. For a leisure trip, this was exactly what I needed. Comfortable seats, great handling, and it felt like a premium ride the whole time.
