Great first Turo experience and first time driving an EV. Loved the Tesla: quiet, comfortable, and the self-driving features were great. The return was a little awkward due to needing to charge elsewhere and a change in the drop off parking location, then having to walk the key to the lockbox in original pickup location in an alleyway, but overall a great experience and I’d definitely rent again.

Great host who always is really helpful with quick response. Also, FSD is amazing. It helped us so much especially when we are from overseas and not familiar with roads. Thanks!!!

Easy pickup. Car was clean and charged. Discovered later one tire was badly damaged.

We appreciate the guest reporting the issue and being proactive at fixing it during their trip. While it likely happened during one of the previous rentals, this was unreported by previous guests and unnoticed by us during check in / out. We will be paying closer attention to tire conditions after rentals going forward.
Host was responsive, clear details and ride was smooth. Only issue was the frequent charges for battery
