Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Car will be given clean, please make sure to return the car in same condition. Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and shakeout of car mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee. https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000808347-Cleaning-policy
Is there smoking permitted in the car?
NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.
How can I open the convertible top ?
1. Unlock the latch clockwise. The latch can be found on top of the central rear view mirror. 2. Press the back button on the top of the rear view mirror till the top folds all the way. 3. To get the top to it's original position, press the front button till it's back in it's original place. Do not forget to pull the latch down and twist anti-clockwise till it locks in position. For safety reasons, make sure you are completely stopped before you bring the top down or up.
Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?
Car will usually come with a full tank of gas. Please return it at same gas level with 87 octane unleaded fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee.
Can I extend my trip?
Yes, most definitely! We love it when hosts want to extend and if there isn't an immediate booking right after, we will extend the trip. Do check in with me if you need to extend your trip! 😄

Everything was good, car was nice and clean and I was able to reach the host when needed.

The host was very communicative throughout the entire trip. I did have an issue in the beginning outside of Turo and the host was very accommodating and really helped me out.
