Pickup location was ok, but not as convenient as other Turo rentals at Douglas Street if you’re traveling to and from YVR airport. I would not rent this car again. It had several maintenance issues, such as an inoperative headlight and a burnt stoplight. The car is easy to park and maneuver around but sacrifices comfort. Not good for more than 2 passengers and not good for a road trip either. Stay in the city because for the size this is not precisely frugal. The AutoFlow support team was responsive and friendly though.

Overall we had a good experience with the FIAT 500!
There where some slight issues such as that the glove compartment did not work properly or that the host didn‘t tell us about the defect of the tire pressure sensor.
Also, we weren’t able to open the trunk for the last two days of our 4 day trip, which got pretty annoying with time to reach our luggage.
BUT the host responded frequently to these issues and tried to find a solution for us.
