Great car, the host was a great communicator, and the car drove smoothly. My only feedback is that it would have been nice to know the car had been in an incident before the morning of the trip, as having that information earlier would have been appreciated.

Excellent communication and very responsive throughout the trip. Patrick made the whole experience so convenient. The car was an absolute treat to drive too!

Due to a flight cancellation in Vancouver, my plans suddenly changed, but Patrick rescheduled my booking to another date with absolutely no conditions. From the beginning, he was incredibly kind and thoughtful.
Throughout the trip, Patrick carefully explained how to use the car, how to charge the electric vehicle, and shared many helpful tips along the way. It genuinely felt like I was traveling together with someone who truly cared.
Near the end of the trip, I realized—entirely my mistake—that I hadn’t considered the charging time before returning the car. Even then, Patrick told me not to worry, extended the return time, and went out of his way to help me.
He is without a doubt the best car owner I have ever met. I am truly grateful to him.
Today was my last day in Toronto and the final trip of my journey. Thanks to Patrick, it became a perfectly successful and unforgettable experience. I sincerely wish him good health and all the best in everything he does here in Canada.
