Great communication from host, and vehicle was not how a lot of people explained it to be. Good for price fun reliable suv.

Horrible car, brakes didnt work , make a loud noise. That car is on its last leg forsure this car should not be drivenon the highway. By far the worst experience on turo. I had to return the car right away. Total waste of time and money I paid to get there and back home. Host seems a bit shady to be honest.

Hi Tashauna, sorry the experience didn’t meet expectations. After return, the vehicle was towed to our mechanic, inspected, and road-tested with no brake or mechanical faults found; documentation was provided to Turo and the car is back in service. The car was driven to carwash prior to pickup, as shown in pre-trip photos. Pickup occurred the day after a snowfall, with snowy road conditions. As disclosed, this is a 2012 Outback with cosmetic wear only, including scrapes consistent with age
The car did the job, but definitely showed its age with the sound of the engine, and multiple dents. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.
Key fob was dead - I didn’t realize until after it was too late to grab a replacement key (which I was offered). I would have hoped that something like that was checked before pick up or measures been set in place to avoid.
The car was mostly clean but definitely not spotless.
I didn’t feel that the price reflected the quality of the car, but I rented over the holiday so probably paid seasonal surge pricing.
