Great way to try an EV! I’ve rented from Toronto Hyundai a few times now and Vince and the team always make it easy and seamless. Spotless car with great features, and very fun to drive. Highly recommended!

Our trip started out smooth, but we ran into a couple issues that we wish would have been handled better.
For the good, pickup was effortless and the vehicle was very comfortable for our long roadtrip to Ottawa. It was a pleasure to drive, with a very smooth ride.
However, on the second day of driving the car, we almost got hit by a vehicle changing lanes into us and discovered the horn in the ioniq didn't work. We wish a fix or an alternative vehicle was offered when we brought it up, as this was just before a road trip to Ottawa and back.
Prior to our trip we had also asked for a NACS adapter so we could charge at Tesla Superchargers. I saw that a box with an adapter was in the frunk so I thought we'd be good. However upon arriving at a Supercharger late at night, I found that we had been given a CCS charger to NACS vehicle adapter instead of the reverse, which this vehicle needs. The Turo manager seemed to misunderstand how EV chargers and adapters work, so I think some better EV training would be helpful for future renters.
With some improved maintenance and better training, I would definitely rent from Toronto Hyundai again!

This was a great rental. Pick up was easy, Vince took the time to answer a few questions and explain some features, and even helped troubleshoot an AC issue I had after a left the dealership.
This is a really fun drive.
