BRyAN was responsive. Small issues happened during my trip and he handled them well. Good communication.

For the price it's ok. The needed a good cleaning and had a bad smell. Unfortunately I had to deal with it. It did drove safely to Elora and back and to New Market and back. But at the end of the trip I popped a warning saying low oil level. The headlights were misaligned too, making the low beam too high up, disturbing oncoming traffic on the road.

Everything to do with this process was very smooth and easy! Pick up and drop off instructions were clear, and Brian was very responsive. Car was exactly as described, and great to drive.
