Horrible experience, from pick up to drop off. Hard time communicating drop off location. Asked to return car earlier to facilitate owner's camping trip. Owner claimg existing damages. Overall bad experience, will not rent with this father and son again. Mohammed is not the person transacting business, he is a third party. Vehicle condition was not great and hosts are dishonest. Will not recommend. Be aware.

I strongly disagree with your comments about dishonesty. I am a 5-star host with many positive past guest reviews that reflect consistent service quality. All communication was done through the platform, and the facts support the claim outcome.

We had a bit of a hiccup with the car since the AC controls and the radio system weren’t fully working, and we were missing a snow brush during a snow storm. But the host’s family was really nice and explained that it was a recent issue they hadn’t had time to fix and would ensure the brush was in the car for future renters. They ended up giving us a small discount for the inconvenience, which we appreciated. Overall, they were kind and willing to help, so it turned out just fine in the end! For an easy to drive & affordable option, I recommend Mohammad’s vehicle.
