Please be cautious when booking this vehicle. I was provided this car by Turo as a replacement. My original vehicle included 7,500 kilometers, and I was clearly told by Turo that the replacement would be under the same terms and conditions. However, at the end of my trip, I received a large invoice for excess kilometers used, which was completely unexpected. Unfortunately, neither the host nor Turo has been helpful in resolving this matter. Make sure you fully confirm the mileage terms before booking this vehicle.
Hi Mohamed, thank you for your review. We’re sorry for the confusion regarding the excess mileage invoice. Turo did not inform us this was a replacement trip or that special 7,500 km terms applied. Had we known, we would have clarified this at the start. We feel the category ratings don’t fully reflect our usual service, as this issue stemmed from a Turo miscommunication. We’re working with Turo to prevent this in the future and hope to host you again under clearer terms.

Car is okay clean, some debris in the rear seat, car in okay condition. A bit bumpy, or I should say the car is shaking when driving at 40-60km/h. The staff who meet me is very nice! Overall a good experience.
