Easy pick up and return instructions. Car drove perfectly and had no issues. Communication was really good with the host! I would recommend this car.

The car itself was smooth, fuel-efficient, reliable, and overall a great vehicle for the price. Unfortunately, I’m giving this experience 1 star because after having the car for only one day, my iPhone alerted me that an AirTag was travelling with me. After locating it, I discovered that it was in the trunk of the rental vehicle.
I understand wanting to track a vehicle for safety or security purposes, but secretly placing an AirTag in a rental vehicle is a serious privacy and safety concern. I was not informed about the AirTag before renting the vehicle. This is not only against Turo policy but against the law. Law enforcement has already been involved regarding this privacy breach.
Regardless of how great the vehicle itself was, this situation completely changed my experience and made me extremely uncomfortable. Please do better and be transparent with renters about any tracking devices associated with the vehicle.

I am sorry for the miscommunication. As I was present when you picked up the car if you had mentioned it to me I could have fixed it at the spot. I apologize again that my lack of knowledge has caused you so much inconvenience. I will make sure this never happens again.
