Naqeeb is a great host and the mercedes is in a really good condition. It was a perfect weekend trip.

The car was old and it makes a rattling sound while driving, which is not pleasant for long drives. Initially we booked another car with this host and they changed it in the morning of pickup. We agreed since we had no other choice but it made the trip not as expected.

I’m sorry the experience wasn’t what you expected. Just to clarify, the vehicle you originally booked wasn’t returned by the previous guest, which was completely outside of our control. Rather than cancelling your trip at the last minute, I arranged a more expensive Mercedes-Benz C-Class for you at no additional cost so you wouldn’t be left without a vehicle. I genuinely did my best to accommodate you and appreciate your understanding.
It was my first time renting from Turo and naqeeb was such a great host. He guided me through out the process and patient enough to answer all questions. Car was in great condition and smooth enough to drive for a day trip.
