Hey simon is your guy if you want a car from turo !! Clean service and communication was on point.

Simon was great! Easy pick up and drop off. Car was clean and no issues. I would definitely go with Simon for both short and long term options!

Host gave me SUV Infinity which was very bad of gas efficiency (it doesn’t match fuel efficiency which is listed on advertisement). It was 18 liter/100km. Also had 200k plus mileage on it which is not shown on advertisement picture. so I had to ask for replacement and he gave me sedan with the same price which had safety issue and also had to return that car mid trip.
This sonata Car was not safe. Had clipper and brake issue on rear tire right side. Had to return it on half way.
My planned trip was totally ruined by this booking and would never book here again. Host was easy to reach but car he gave me was not.
Turo helped me with this issue to cancel booking during mid trip.

Host was quick to respond to our messages and concerns.
The car’s interior smelled of cigarette smoke and the inside surfaces of the windows were greasy. The windshield wipers were worn. Air conditioning did not work. Passenger side headlight and passenger side taillight were not working – had to return to host to get replaced. Automatic transmission started to act up: erratic shifting up and down from a standing stop, slow to get up to speed even with the gas pedal fully depressed, no power on inclines, and arbitrarily slowing down at highway speeds – had to return to host to get car swapped out. Otherwise, the car handled well and was good on gas mileage.
