There was not enough proof of insurance provided and I get the ticket from the officer stated that fail to provide insurance paper even i show him insurance documents which are provided with car. Officer told me that this is not actual rental car insurance document. And I get the ticket. suppose to provided me actual and legit insurance documents. Now, you suppose to pay for ticket. Additionally there are problem with engine or maybe with transmission. Car start automatically shaking and vibrating really loud and hard. It's felt like we are on massage chair, too much vibration, noice and shaking badly. Need to fix the car before go to next customer.
Oh, Anjalika, my heartfelt thanks for enduring (29 days) 🫣with this quirky car—truly heroic! 😅 I’m so sorry for the trouble, especially the insurance ticket mix-up; the docs were in the passenger glovebox, and I uploaded them via Turo after their notice. I provided my contact number for you to reach out, but I got no call. You could’ve contacted me on day one—if you’d reached out. I’m puzzled about the ticket’s cause, but I’ll cooperate fully—please check with Turo. Let’s sort this out!
