A/C of the car doesn’t work and the seats of the car were not clean there were some stains on the stains. Moreover, when I dove this car I feel some weird sound coming on that time when we turn on the car fan.

The car was nice and drives good but not the cleanest tbh. The seats had stains and there was dust everywhere.

I’m so extremely disappointed with the service I received since my originally booked car was cancelled on me a few hours before my collecting time due to issues. They should have atleast offered a better replacement but the replacement was worse.
the AC was not working nor was the Apple Craplay operating as they had stated it would be. it was such a hot day and I had a wedding, using this car to drive anyone around in such heavy clothes, makeup hair and jewelry was so difficult let alone driving the bride.

The car was clean, in good condition, and enjoyable to drive overall. However, I could not connect to Apple CarPlay even though it was listed as a feature. When I asked about it, I was told that a USB-A cable was needed, but by then it was too late for me to get one. Also, many newer phones no longer come with that type of cable, so it would have been helpful if this requirement had been mentioned in advance.
While driving on the highway, the A/C also did not cool the interior very well, even though it was on and set to the lowest temperature. It was very hot outside, but I still expected the A/C to cool the car more effectively.
