We had an excellent experience renting Qian’s Tesla Model 3. The car was brand new condition, clean, comfortable, and a pleasure to drive. Qian was extremely responsive, helpful, and attentive throughout the trip. He even went out of his way to arrange a 110V mobile charger after I mentioned that our Airbnb did not have a 220V outlet. He also promptly notified us when there were charging or locking issues, which was very helpful.
Pickup and return were smooth, and Qian was flexible and accommodating when our travel plans changed. The child car seat, phone mount, and Full Self-Driving access were also great additions. I highly recommend Qian and would gladly rent from him again!

2 very lovely hosts, extremely helpful and nice and very informative! The car itself was very clean, and a smooth ride! FSD itself was good but a little finicky on the parking but not a big issue. Highly recommend overall!
