Pick-up and drop-off instructions were very detailed, very clear, the process was very easy to follow. I thank the hosts for this.
The car was enjoyable to drive, very low fuel consumption, which is great for a trip for leisure purposes. The check engine was on and the car shook at times like it was a go-kart, but outside of this, we were very happy with the choice, we had no problem finding parking, it was great for 2 people. I was scared that it wouldn't have enough power to go up a hill (mountain) but we got to The Lynn Canyon trail parking without any issue. The back was large enough for 2 carry-ons and a few grocery bags. For this reason, I still give it a 5 stars.

The pick up is a bit annoying as you have to go to a location to pick up the key, then a separate one to get the vehicle. The car radio didn’t turn on at all, and the cars check engine light was on and it was running very rough. If the car was fixed it would be a good vehicle to drive.

Screen and usb charging points were broken. Meant no music, maps or calls able while driving. Made my two days of hire very disappointing.
In terms of the car, it’s as you’d expect. All plastic and low quality. Brakes are very glitchy at low speeds, gearbox struggled when accelerating.
Goes from A to B but you won’t enjoy it, especially with no music. And the AI generated image of what ‘fits’ in the trunk is laughable.
