Had a hiccup on pick up, but thy helped find a solution to where it worked out. Overall experience with the vehicle was great !

Thank you for your feedback. There was some confusion on both sides regarding the earlier pickup time, as we each had a different understanding of the time that had been discussed. Once we realized the misunderstanding, we worked together to find a solution and were glad we were able to get everything sorted out so you could pick up the vehicle and continue with your trip. My family and I came to spend a weekend in Vancouver. My wife and 2-year-old son had a stroller and three pieces of luggage, and the car accommodated everything very well. It's a very economical and comfortable car, the Apple Play worked perfectly, so I highly recommend it. The host was super attentive, answered all questions promptly, and the car was clean and super nice.
