Had a hiccup on pick up, but thy helped find a solution to where it worked out. Overall experience with the vehicle was great !

Thank you for your feedback. There was some confusion on both sides regarding the earlier pickup time, as we each had a different understanding of the time that had been discussed. Once we realized the misunderstanding, we worked together to find a solution and were glad we were able to get everything sorted out so you could pick up the vehicle and continue with your trip. Thank you again for your understanding!
Convenient and affordable car. The car was as it is described.
I recommend it.

My family and I came to spend a weekend in Vancouver. My wife and 2-year-old son had a stroller and three pieces of luggage, and the car accommodated everything very well. It's a very economical and comfortable car, the Apple Play worked perfectly, so I highly recommend it. The host was super attentive, answered all questions promptly, and the car was clean and super nice.
