Simple car, simple process! Only odd part was having to pick up the keys in one place then walk 2 blocks to the actual car but luckily it wasn’t raining and I didn’t have luggage with me

Not a working car breaks make horrible noise

Car was definitely smaller and jankier than I'd expected and I had the feeling they could service it a bit better (brakes weren't very sharp, it made some disconcerting bumping noises like a tyre was flat except it wasn't, and it rattled if you drove over about 100). BUT! It didn't break down, it was amazingly cheap on fuel, it was clean, and collection was really straightforward. Drop off was a bit inconvenient because you had to take the key back to a slightly different location to where you park - would have preferred to have it all in one location. Host was very responsive to messages.
