The overall experience has been great, but the nightmare starts after we returned the car in same condition. The host suddenly found a “scratch” at the bottom of the front bumper where you need to really lay down to be able to see. A location where people don’t normally look. Considering the car already has a few bumps and holes throughout the body, it’s questionable if the scratch was already there in the first place. I’ve had plenty of good hosts experience renting from Turo. Unfortunately this wasn’t one of them. Turo support wasn’t able to resolve this issue either and send me a $1455 bill. It’s making me question if I should keep using this platform.
