Car was nice and clean, however key fob started to die 3 days into our trip so that was stressful. Pick up location was easy to find and navigate. Host communication was fine.

Thank you for your feedback, Antonia. We’re glad you found the car nice and clean and the pickup location easy to navigate. Regarding the key fob, this was never mentioned to us during your trip. Had you reached out and let us know there was an issue, we would have been more than happy to help troubleshoot and resolve the problem. We always want our guests to have a smooth and stress-free experience.
