Ali is a good host. The car was great. He was there to meet us on time. We dropped off the car with in the time allowed but Ali couldn't be there so we.. on his instructions left the car with information as to where it was. He said he would lock it remotely. We then got a threatening notification from the company. About it being late. Ali had to contact the company to get it fixed. I will be canceling my account. Don't need the American style of doing business. Not the way to build a customer base.
