Had no issues with the vehicle, it was clean, smelled nice, and rode very smooth. Pickup and drop off were also a breeze. Host was also very flexible about drop-off and pick-up location as well.

Gabe was great, he made sure the car was clean when we received it, walked us through the specifics of this car and gave us some of his time helping educate us if we end up buying an electric car in the future! The car itself was a delight to drive, and we had a great time on our trip. Would rent again from Gabe AND would rent this car again too.

I recently rented a 2023 Polestar 2 from It's Electric. Pick-up was clear, convenient and efficient. The car was in impeccable condition. Communication couldn't have been better. Clearly a professional operation. Highly recommended.

Gabriel made pickup and drop off very easy meeting us at the airport and gave lots of useful advice for our trip. He was very flexible and responsive as our incoming flights were delayed multiple times and we really appreciated that. The polestar was fun, but running the AC so much during the hot season really drains the battery. Gabriel included an outlet charger so we could top up over night which helped. Apple CarPlay was having issues connecting to any of our phones, but this seems to be a common issue with CarPlay/Polestar so nothing Gabriel could have done.

I love how easy it was to pick up the car, host is very responsive and accommodate as needed. The car was extremely clean well kept and very smooth ride. I will definitely rent again.

The Polestar 2 is what Tesla owners wished they drove. If you know you know. This P2 was great, well kept, charged up, and ready to go when we arrived. It drives like a dream, handles curves like a German car, goes like hell, and doesn’t rattle and fall apart like a Tesla. Austin was a super awesome nice guy - I wish all Turo hosts could be this great!
