Beautiful sporty car but… there was an obvious scent of cigarette smoke that the owner was trying to cover by five air fresheners. The driver removed them for me however I had to drive it with the windows down for the first day or so to get the air freshener sent out. The owner was 30 minutes late for drop off and pick up. Otherwise, the car was a great ride, mechanically sound and a good value.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The host was largely unresponsive throughout the rental. The first car was very dirty when I picked it up, had numerous dents, and didn’t include a wheel lock. After the vehicle was changed, the replacement was also dirty, and multiple maintenance warning lights were illuminated. Overall, the condition of both vehicles fell well below expectations, and I wouldn’t rent from this host again.

The car was comfortable and reliable, and Hamed was helpful and friendly in both pickup and return. Overall a great experience, especially when there was literally nothing available from traditional car rental companies.
My only note—and I’d have given 4.5 stars if that were an option—is that the car was very “personalized” or “lived in” in a way that wasn’t comfortable for a rental. I’d suggest seat covers, ornaments, dash cams, and other trinkets and attachments be removed before handing a car over to the next renter.
