Hamed was willing to meet us at the airport which was much appreciated. The car ran well although one tire had a slow leak which we had to fill every few days. We were thankful finding the pump supplied in the trunk but we're not told about it. Seat covers were in bad shape and uncomfortable but overall the car rental through Turo was a good solution for the cost savings

Car was in good shape! And first time using Turo! Could have used a tidying up but was still good! Was satisfied and thank you the decor was funny twist

The car was incredibly dirty, and the fuel was only at a 3/4 tank, even though I returned it completely full. However, the worst part of the experience was the owner. I have no idea how he will reply to this, but luckily I kept all the messages we exchanged.
He was running late for the pickup and couldn't meet at the agreed-upon location. He first messaged me to say he was running late and offered to bring the car to me. Because of the delay, he even suggested that I pick it up myself from his house, but I declined because I wanted to meet in person to inspect the car together, so I agreed to wait for him at the airport. He sent several messages claiming he was on his way, but he didn't arrive at the airport until 7:40 PM—even though our pickup was scheduled for 6:00 PM.
He apologized for the delay and offered a discount. We instead agreed that, rather than a partial refund, he would give me a ride to the airport at the end of my trip. When the drop-off day arrived, I waited in the city for an hour just trying to get a response about where to meet him. Eventually, as I was running out of time, I told him I had to head straight to the airport. In the end, he just told me to leave the car at his house, where he wasn't even present.
I almost missed my flight because of all the time wasted dealing with this liar. Now I completely understand his other negative reviews. In my opinion, Turo needs to ban this unreliable host from using the platform.
