Host, pick up, and drop off were super! Car drove well, except for a rattling sound that started halfway through our trip.

Thanks for your feedback, Lauren. The rattling sound was being caused by worn bushings, and this has since been fixed by my mechanic.
The car has transmission issues
The radio is terrible comes on unexpectedly or you can hardly hear it

In case you're not aware, the Ford Focus has a dual-clutch automatic transmission, which operates like a computer-controlled manual gearbox with two separate clutches for odd and even gears. The effect is gear shifting (typically the lower gears) is not the smoothest and can almost feel like you're driving a manual car. I can assure you the transmission has no issue, and nobody else has experienced unexpected issues with the sound system.
