This was my first time booking a car through Turo and I had a great experience. The car was very clean, comfortable, and smooth to drive. The pickup and return process was very easy. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. I don’t know everyone’s names, but everyone who helped me was amazing. Special thanks to Arshdeep, who helped me with the return. I would definitely recommend them!

Host was great. Vehicle is okay. Note there is a big subwoofer in the trunk, thankfully we weren’t carrying too much luggage.

The vehicle had a strong smoke and weed smell. I told the host about it, and he said the previous guest had smoked in the car.
The host should have let us know before check-in. He said the smell would go away, but we had to deal with the smoke and weed smell for the whole trip.
We were really upset about this situation because the host already knew about it but didn’t tell us beforehand.
