Great host, car was decent - did its job. Nothing premium by any means with imperfections but Ahmed supported along the way and the rental experience was smooth.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The vehicle was provided with only about half a tank of fuel instead of being fully fueled. While driving, the car consistently pulled to the left, and there was a noticeable squeaking noise coming from the left front wheel, which raised safety concerns.
The infotainment screen repeatedly turned off while driving, making some of the vehicle’s electronic features unusable. I reported these issues to the host immediately, sent photos and videos as evidence, but received no response.
Because of these mechanical and electronic problems, I had to return the vehicle early and contact Turo Support. The experience caused unnecessary stress and significantly affected my trip. I cannot recommend this vehicle until these issues are properly repaired and the host becomes more responsive to guests.
