The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the rental. The pickup and return process went smoothly. However, the vehicle had a noticeable humming noise and vibration coming from the front while driving, which affected the overall experience. Hopefully, this can be inspected and resolved for future renters. Other than that, the host was professional and accommodating.
