Great car! It was clean, reliable, and drove smoothly the entire trip. Everything worked as expected, and I had no issues at all. The pickup and return process was easy, and I’d definitely rent this car again. Highly recommend!

However, the host is too harsh.

Thank you for your feedback. The guest acknowledged that the vehicle was clean and the trip went well.
The concern raised relates to enforcement of Turo’s refueling policy, which was applied based on time-stamped evidence.
Moreover, any host would have charged for the fuel consumed during the trip which was not topped up by the guest. So everything was fair and was in accordance with the Turo policy.
Had a wonderful trip. Car was clean and worked great. Pickup was easy. Would rent again!
