Voiture propre, mais a besoin d'une serieuse revision. Amortisseurs inexistants et retroviseur passager mal fixé qui tombe tout seul...
Ce retroviseur, malgré mes demandes, n'a jamais été changé. De ce fait, il etait trop dangereux de conduire ce vehicule dans la circulation très dense de Montréal.

Merci pour vos commentaires. Nous tenons à préciser que le rétroviseur côté passager a été endommagé lorsqu'il a été touché pendant la location. Les dommages n'étaient pas présents avant le voyage. Nous prenons la sécurité et l'entretien du véhicule au sérieux et traitons les dommages lorsqu'ils surviennent.

Car was good but the inside and outside needed cleaning and car wash.

Despite the easy pick up and the quick messaging of the host I did have several issues with this rental.
The majority of the driving I did in this rental was on highways, I experienced many issues with stalling and maintaining speed on the highway and shaking when I attempted to accelerate.
This issue only got worse for my return as the check engine light came on before getting on the highway; I would continue to have difficult maintaining highway speed which added significant amounts of stress during the journey as I was constantly worried about the potential of breaking down or causing an accident due to driving too slowly. There is nothing more stressful than the worry of breaking down on a road trip and the potential for causing an accident for driving too slow.

If we had been notified, we would have worked with Turo to assist immediately. The vehicle has since been inspected and any necessary repairs have been completed.
