Please keep in mind someone will be driving this car after you so they expect to be in the shape condition you received. Which me no additional dents, scratches, No stains, No pet hair 🐕, no smells (NO SMOKING) No Vaping 🚭 The car giving to you clean and full of fuel. It’s expected to come back in the same condition as it left. No smoking 🚭 no pets. Any major cleaning issues will result in a fee of $150. Smoking fee of $250

Communication with Jake was excellent though at this moment with the issues I had with the first booking cancelled by Turo I’m waiting to see if I’m totally being refunded. It was obviously a Wi-Fi issue and it was only after connecting twice with Turo service Center that things finally got sorted out.
I had to make a second booking to finally get the car…
