Ahmad was very attentive and responsive. Upon receiving the vehicle I noticed that the vehicle had no back up camera nor was the A/C was working on the passenger side. Ahmad responded immediately stating that he would come by to check out the A/C issue and fixed it within 15 minutes. He also told me that he’s been trying to contact Turo about the backup camera feature (which this feature does not exist) and they have not removed it on the ad. He also offered to switch the vehicle if I was not satisfied with the current one but I had no issues at all once the A/C was fixed, and that he would provide a discount for the inconvenience. But otherwise I’m would highly recommend! Next time when I visit I will for sure re book with Ahmad.

This was my first Turo trip and I booked this car for winter tires and reverse camera were my criteria. I confirmed with Ahmed about winter tires and he did confirm. Unfortunately on the morning of pickup we ran into a problem where as per instructions the key was not in lockbox. I had to leave for a time sensitive appointment nearby. I contacted Ahmed and he was kind enough to get me the car and also gave me a small refund for my issues. My complaint is more for Turo for adding reverse camera in the description whereas there's no reverse camera which was very important for me. I will honestly think many times before booking any car with Turo. Make sure you confirm with host all important features
