The vehicle was top notch, clean and a pleasure to drive. Excellent gas mileage. Best if all was the host. Mostafa responded quickly, efficiently and kindly to every query. He is an honest fellow who I will always book in the future

The host was really nice. The car was nice and clean. He helped me find out good places to visit. Love to have it.

Car drove well but wasn’t vacuumed and had a previous driver’s bike in the back. Also the person who actually dropped off the car and picked it up, was not the owner on this account. As well as they did not park the car for drop off, they just handed it off in a loading zone (15mins late) so we didn’t know where to park the car for pick up. We met them in the loading zone for pick up due to this, told them our ETA and they were 20mins late, making us late for our flight. Then they proceeded to get mad at us for meeting in the loading zone when we only reciprocated what they had done first. I will say the communication with the person on this account was pretty good and he did apologize for the bike in the back and picked it up from our air bnb. But unfortunately the drop off experience was very stressful, leading to this review.

The vehicle was properly cleaned and prepared prior to pickup and we arrived at the agreed pickup location on time. However, there was difficulty locating you because your exact location was not communicated clearly.
I am pleased that the vehicle performed well during the rental and appreciate the opportunity to host you.
