Great experience overall. The host was very responsive and the customer service was excellent.
The car drove really well, was reliable, had great gas mileage, and I had no problems with it.
The only downside was that the outside was a bit dirty when it arrived, and there were a few scratches and a small dent. The inside was clean. The host did apologize for the exterior not being as clean as it should have been and said he would make sure to do better for the next trip.
Overall, I really liked the car and would rent from this host again.
