Drop off was 15 minutes late which was fine, as it was right downtown Toronto and traffic was crazy, fuel was on empty, which was an added expense to our trip as we only used 1/4 tank.

The maintenance light: I informed you that the oil change is due soon, not that it is overdue. There is no check engine light or any other warning light on the dashboard. The dashboard is completely clean.
Fuel and traffic: As the renter, managing traffic delays and refueling the vehicle during your rental period is entirely your responsibility.The vehicle is in perfectly safe, running condition, and all standard rental terms regarding fuel and operation apply."

Ahmad was great! He accommodated some scheduling changes, made pickup and drop off super easy, and was friendly and helpful.
The car was clean, ran great, and was perfect for our trip from Toronto to Niagara Falls.
I’d definitely use him again!
